Honors College at Perimeter is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant (Temp).

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position will provide administrative support to the unit and the Associate Dean for the Alpharetta Campus and/or Clarkston Campus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The Administrative Assistant (Temp) for Honors, serves as support for the unit and the Associate Dean. This support includes opening the office and greeting/handling walk-in visitors, keeping our office suite and student spaces looking nice, answering phones and responding to/directing emails to the appropriate individuals, helping with events and programming, general communications (including working on our newsletter, creating flyers, drafting email correspondence), and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of related administrative experience or a combination of education and experience.

  • Hospitality (set-up/clean-up for events).
  • Ability to travel between campuses, if needed.

Shift: 8:30am – 5:15pm / 30-40 hours

Salary: $20.00/hour
