All international students are automatically offered a full out-of-state tuition scholarship after they are fully admitted and choose to live in university housing.

Eligibility
- Students residing in University housing may qualify for the out-of-state tuition scholarship by admission with the following minimum GPA:
- Entering freshmen must have a minimum 2.5 high school GPA (on a 4.00 scale)
- Undergraduate transfer students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA (on a 4.00 scale) on prior undergraduate coursework
- Graduate students must have a minimum 2.7 undergraduate GPA (on a 4.00 scale), a 3.0 undergraduate GPA in the last 60 credit hours, or a 3.0 graduate GPA on any coursework taken at another institution.
- Students not meeting the above may qualify based upon a successful admissions appeal or admission pursuant to other University requirements.
Benefits
The portion of the online course fee and the fully online graduate program registration related to the above fees will be discounted at 80%. The fully online graduate program rate includes the online technology fee and library fee that are not covered by the Faculty/Staff Fee Waiver.

Application
You must fill out the waiver forms (available in the Human Resource office or on their website) and turn them in to Human Resources by the deadline.
Once Financial Aid reviews (and adjusts if necessary) your financial aid package with the waiver included, it will be authorized in the system.
When the waiver is authorized, it will be posted to your student account at the next daily posting cycle.
