JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Hazleton is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Education Program Coordinator.

The Education Program Coordinator position is a part time 20-25 hour a week position, responsible for administrative support to the Continuing Education Department.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Growth of the practical nurse and allied health programs through coordinator and student support
  • Database entries
  • TEAS test scheduling and proctoring
  • Setting the information session schedule
  • Recruiting efforts
  • Reviewing and editing promotional materials
  • Website review
  • Calendar and schedule development
  • Oversight of lab central supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances:
* PA State Police Criminal Background Check
* PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
* FBI Criminal Background Check
