Frostburg State University is offering a partially funded fellowship for international students for the academic year 2023-2024. International students with F-1, F-2, J-1, J-2, G-series visas, and non-citizens holding I-688A or I-688B cards, a notice of approval to apply for Permanent Residence (I-171 or I-464), or Family Unity Status (Form I-797) must demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover their expenses while attending Frostburg State University. Financial assistance is subject to federal regulations.

The International Graduate Fellowship 2023-24 is available for graduate-level programs at Frostburg State University.
